Description	Bridges to Care treats children, adolescents, adults, and seniors who may be suffering from: Depression Anxiety Disorders: Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD, ADD) Also: Alzheimer’s and Dementia Autism Spectrum Disorders Behavioral Problems Bipolar Disorder Borderline Personality Disorder Family and Relationship Issues Learning Disabilities Schizophrenia Substance-Related Disorders At Bridges, within 72 hours of a physician referral or self-referral, you will have a Rapid Assessment™ and evaluation to determine what therapy is right for you. After an initial consultation, you will have access to highly trained healthcare professionals for ongoing therapy, supervised medication management, and other follow up as needed.
