Description Founded by the Cook County Bureau of Health Services and Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center, the CORE Center is a four story, 60,000 square foot facility that provides a comprehensive range of outpatient care to individuals and families affected by HIV/AIDS and other infectious diseases.
